Report an error or a bug
If a calculation looks wrong, or something on the page isn’t working the way it should, this is the most important kind of message to us — accuracy is the entire point of the tool. To help us find and fix it quickly, please include:
- Which page or calculator you were using
- The exact measurements you entered
- What result you expected versus what you got
- Your device and browser, if it’s a display or usability issue
We aim to review reported errors within 48 hours and will follow up once it’s fixed.
Suggest a feature or a shape
Missing a shape, a unit, or a conversion you need regularly? Tell us what you’re trying to calculate and how you’d use it. Feature requests don’t all make it in immediately, but they directly shape what we build next — several parts of the current calculator started as requests just like this.
Content and guide feedback
Spotted something unclear or incorrect in one of our guides, or have a topic you’d like us to cover? Let us know which article and what’s missing or wrong. Our content is written and checked by our team, but a second pair of eyes always helps.

For media enquiries, backlink or content partnership requests, or business enquiries, please include your name, organisation, and a short description of what you’re proposing. We review these regularly but they’re not our fastest reply category — expect up to a week.
What we can’t help with
We’re not able to provide project-specific engineering, legal, or purchasing advice based on the numbers you calculate here. The tool gives you accurate volume figures; decisions built on those figures (ordering quantities, structural tolerances, shipping contracts) should be confirmed with the relevant supplier or professional.
